What is your schedule?
Group Personal Training - M-W-F 5:30am, 6;30am, 8am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (no Friday 6:30pm)
Cardio Club - Tu/Thu 5:30am Trainer led Interval Training
Saturdays: Two sessions every month at 7am & 8am
1 Monthly Community 5k
Can I come to any session time?
Yes. Once you sign up you can come to any of the session times offered so if have a busy life, you are not going to be tied down to one time you have to come to.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
Will I get accountability and help?
Yes, every new clients gets a coach that will help them with a daily check in to help them along the way. Having an Accountability Coach has been proven to help with the motivation, encouragement and inspiration people need to get started and stick on a program.
What's the difference between this and Crossfit/Orange Theory?
At Get You In Shape we do focus on everyone going at their own pace and modifying for each level of fitness so we personalize the workout to you! Crossfit & Orange Theory is designed for performance only and our program is 100% designed to maximize fat loss without the joint pounding exercises.
